Town Hall Meetings: Future of Colorado Ed

Senate Bill 08-212, the “Preschool to Postsecondary Education Alignment Act” also known as the Colorado
Achievement Plan for Kids (CAP4K), passed last year. The Colorado Department of Ed is hosting a series of town hall meetings to provide info and elicit feedback.

Upcoming meetings are scheduled from 5―7 p.m. Wednesday, April 15 in Alamosa; Thursday, April 16 in Pueblo; Wednesday, April 22, in
Sterling; Tuesday, May 5 in Steamboat Springs; Thursday, May 14, in Glenwood Springs; and Tuesday, May 19, in Durango.

Will library voices be heard? Have you attended any previous meetings? What are you hearing about CAP4K?
