February 11th marks the date for the annual Teacher Librarian Day held at the Auraria Campus. Teaching with Primary Sources – Colorado is funded by the Library of Congress and provides professional development, networking and collaboration around 21st Century Skills and Inquiry Learning using the extensive resources provided by the LOC. Substitute fees will be reimbursed for the first 100 registrants and you can earn credit from Adams State. For those who anticipate Teacher Librarian Day each year, registration is now open. And if you have never been, I highly recommend you and a fellow teacher attend. The format this year will follow the TED Talks and promises to get you excited about all the possibilities of using primary sources!
