In case you missed it, the ISTE conference was terrific. I learned so many new things and made some new friends, too. If you attended the conference it would be great to hear from you.
What was your favorite session or speaker?
Personally, I loved the Leadership Bootcamp that TIE sponsored. It really was a quality event that had something for everyone. Other good sessions were: Top 10 Components of Effective Technology Leadership, Google: 25 Things You Didn’t Know You Could Do and Patron 2.0: The Natives are Restless.
If you could only share one thing you learned, what would that be?
I really latched on to the 3 following questions that were posed by several presenters, although in different ways. I will definitely use them during my staff development when I return to school, as well as with my students.
- Is Google always the best search engine to use?
- What do you do when Google fails you?
- If you had to learn something new today, how would you do it? (Facebook, Blog, Mentor, U-Tube, Ning, App, ask a local expert, Wiki, face-to-face, ?????)
I will leave you with three interesting sites to check out.
Tag, you are it. Now the ball is in your court, let us hear from you please.
