DPS Receives Improving Literacy Through School Libraries Grant

Denver Public Schools (DPS) is a proud recipient of one of the 2009 “Improving Literacy Through School Libraries” grants from the U.S. Department of Education.  Hundreds of districts applied for these grants, and DPS is one of 57 to be awarded a grant through a very competitive process. DPS received a grant amount of $479,359.
